The room wasnice and neat, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was close to all the main attractions and shopping areas. One more advantage was the complimentary breakfast with a good variety of options to choose from.
One issue I had was with the check-in process. It took longer than expected, and there was some confusion regarding the payment.

The location was great, within walking distance of many attractions. The room we stayed in, Room 501, was fine. It had a spacious balcony with beautiful views of the park below. The breakfast was good and the staff were very accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at a luxurious 4-star hotel in the heart of the city and I must say, it was a truly amazing experience. The location of this place couldn't be more perfect - just a short walk from the bustling central street and the famous landmarks. It was great to be away from the noise and traffic, yet still have easy access to all the attractions.
All in all, I had an incredible experience at this hotel. The only recommendation I have is to add some additional breakfast options, like scrambled eggs and sweet rolls.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was perfect, with super clean rooms and common areas. This hotel is conveniently located close to the market and to many major attractions. It is also within walking distance to Deribasovskaya pedestrian street. The hotel provides a very good breakfast. The rooms are spacious, with large bathrooms. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is free WiFi available throughout the hotel.
